ASIC Accreditation Service for International Colleges
This school is accredited to provide courses which require student visas. We have been awarded commendable grades in health & safety, management, and staff resources and are also regularly inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate [ISI].
In the UK and in most other countries, it is a legal requirement to hold a recognised qualification in the therapy you wish to practice, in order to obtain a licence and/or liability insurance. Your qualifications prove that you are competent in the skills that they cover. You will find some very useful information regarding insurance and industry recognition on the Federation of Holistic Therapists and BABTAC websites. Some schools only offer their own ‘in-house’ diplomas. These are not industry-recognised, and would not be sufficient to work in the industry, even if you wish to work from your own home on a private basis. Competency is evaluated in two ways at this school depending on the course you are studying and the qualifications being pursued. There are both written and practical assessments for each module and a final theory and practical exam. This is something you should discuss with us before enrolling.
