Our Interest-Free Payment Plan

Training is an investment, and we know that paying the full course fee upfront is not always straightforward. That is why London School of Beauty offers a simple, interest-free payment plan. It is an agreement made directly between you and the school, set out in writing, with no credit checks and no third-party finance companies involved.

Here is how it works at a glance:

• You pay a 30% deposit to secure your place.
• The remaining balance can be split across three monthly payments, completely interest-free.
• For diploma courses, we can extend the plan up to five months. A small 3% admin charge applies to the remaining balance for plans longer than three months.
• For shorter courses (typically running between six and nine weeks), the remaining balance is split into two payments: one due in week one of your course and the second in week four.
• There are no direct debits. Everything is confirmed in a written agreement between you and the school.

Am I Eligible to Apply for the Payment Plan?

The plan is available to most students enrolling on one of our courses. You will need to be over the age of 18, and you will need a UK bank account if you are a UK resident. International students should speak with our admissions team, as eligibility may depend on your visa status and course length.

There are no credit checks, and your application is not subject to a credit score. The arrangement is handled entirely by our admissions team, who will talk you through the terms and confirm everything in writing before your course begins.

What Courses Are Eligible for Payment Plans?

Most of our courses can be paid for using the plan. The structure depends on the length of your course.

Short courses (6 to 9 weeks): The remaining balance after your deposit is split into two straightforward payments:

• Level 2 Facial Massage and Skincare 
• VTCT Level 3 Award in Facial Electrotherapy 
• Level 2 and 3 Combined Facials and Skin Care 
• VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Laser and IPL Treatments (Because this is a five-day intensive course, payment plans can only be arranged for students who enrol at least two months before the start date. The full remaining balance must be cleared on or before the first day of the course. )
• ITEC (VTCT) Level 4 Combined Chemical Peel and Microneedling  

Diploma courses (20 weeks and above): The remaining balance can be spread over three to five months. These courses are eligible because the longer training period makes an extended schedule a more natural fit:

• VTCT Level 2 Beauty Therapy Diploma 
• VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy Diploma 
• Level 2 and 3 Combined Beauty Therapy Diploma 

If you are unsure which category your course falls into, the simplest thing is to ask our admissions team. They can confirm the payment structure for your specific course before you commit to anything.

How Do I Apply for the Payment Plan?

Applying is straightforward. First, browse our course pages and find the course you want to enrol on. Then contact our admissions team either by phone or email. A member of the team will talk you through the payment options for that specific course, work out a personalised plan that suits your circumstances, and confirm the payment schedule in writing. There is no application form to fill out and no waiting for approval from a finance company. The whole conversation usually takes about five minutes, and you will know exactly where you stand by the end of it.

Once Accepted, What Next?

Once your payment plan is agreed, you pay your 30% deposit to secure your place. For short courses, your first instalment will be due during week one and your second during week four. For diploma courses, your monthly payments begin before your course starts, with the first payment typically due two weeks ahead of your start date.

Your payment schedule will be set out clearly in writing, so you always know what is due and when. If your circumstances change at any point, speak to our team. We would rather have a conversation and find a way forward than leave you feeling stuck.

About Our Payment Plan

This plan is not credit, and we do not work with external finance providers. There are no direct debits set up against your account, no interest charges on plans of three months or fewer, and no hidden fees beyond the 3% admin charge that applies to longer diploma payment schedules. Everything is agreed directly between you and London School of Beauty.
