Here at the LSBM Beauty Salon, we want you to have the best experience whilst visiting us. We hope that the general information and guidelines below will help you with the booking process.
Due to the various qualifications students are able to study at The London School of Beauty and Make-Up, we are not always able to offer our full range of treatments. Please contact us to confirm the availability of our treatments.
LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATIONS
We encourage all clients to arrive 5 minutes before their treatment is due to start. We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, please be aware that if you late, we may not be able to offer the full treatment and in some cases, the treatment may need to be rescheduled.
We kindly ask that where possible, cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.
APPOINTMENT TIMES AND BOOKINGS
Because we are a student salon, all quoted treatment times include consultation time. The students are required to complete a consultation for each treatment, this is factored into our treatment times and normally takes about 10 minutes, depending on the type of treatment. Please let us know upon booking if you have any concerns regarding medical conditions/contraindications which may prevent you from receiving the treatment.
Please notify us prior to booking if you are pregnant so that we can advise on treatments.
Patch tests are required on certain services including eyelash tinting, brow tinting, lash lifts and laser treatments. All patch tests need to be completed at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. In the rare instance that you may experience a reaction, we ask that you inform LSBM Beauty Salon so that we can record it on our system.
To ensure that our clients can have a relaxing experience, we politely ask for all electronic devices to be switched off whilst you are downstairs in our treatment area. Please remember that this is a quiet space.
The LSBM Beauty Salon does not treat any clients under the age of 18. A number of professional and student services cannot be provided in certain stages of pregnancy, please check when you make your booking. We hold the right to refuse any treatments that are deemed unsafe to the client.
Please let us know upon booking if you have any concerns regarding medical conditions/contraindications which may prevent you from receiving the treatment. Please notify us prior to booking if you are pregnant so that we can advise on treatments.
We endeavour to make sure our clients receive the very best service and experience possible. Your feedback is extremely important to us. If you would like to share your positive experiences, offer thoughts and suggestions or let us know when something hasn’t reached your expectations, we would like to hear from you. You can either speak to a member of the salon team in person or email us at email@example.com.
